Election

The 2026 Municipal Election will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026. The Township of Drummond/North Elmsley voters will be voting using internet and telephone only.

Voting will take place from October 19^th – 26^th, 2026. Voting can be done at any time during the voting period.

Eligible electors will have the opportunity to vote for their local council and school board representatives.

Council Positions Available in the 2026 Election

The Council of the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley is composed of five (5) members:

• Reeve – 1 position
• Councillor - Drummond Ward - 2 positions
• Councillor - North Elmsley Ward - 2 positions

All positions are for a four-year term, beginning on November 15, 2026, following the municipal election.

School Board Trustee positions will also be on the ballot. Details will be posted when confirmed.
